GLP-1 Optimization

Get the most from your GLP-1.

If you're on Mounjaro® or Zepbound® — or another GLP-1 medication — we help you get the best results, preserve what matters, and minimize the unwanted effects that derail many patients before they reach their goals.

GLP-1 medications are genuinely transformational. For many patients, they're the first effective break from the prison of metabolic insufficiency — and from the environmental, social, and economic forces that have trapped people in unhealthy bodies for years.

We don't compound them. We don't compete with them. We're an active clinical partner — helping you find the right dose, navigate side effects, access cost-savings programs, and protect what these medications, by their mechanism, can quietly cost you along the way.

What we focus on

Four levers around your prescription.

Get stronger while the weight comes off

Some lean-mass loss is unavoidable with any significant weight loss — that's physiology, not GLP-1. What you can prevent — and even reverse — is losing strength. With coordinated peptide support, structured strength training, and protein-forward nutrition, many patients actually get stronger as the weight comes off.

Minimize the side effects that derail patients

GI side effects, fatigue, low motivation, hair shedding, and brain fog are common reasons patients stop GLP-1s before reaching their goals — and most have addressable underlying causes. We screen for and address what's drivable, so you can stay on the medication that's working for you.

Monitor what matters with comprehensive labs

Rapid weight loss and reduced intake can intensify pre-existing nutrient deficiencies, shift hormone levels, and affect markers your routine bloodwork doesn't follow. We track what matters — drawn at home, on a schedule that matches your therapy.

Plan the long game

Most GLP-1 patients eventually taper or stop. We help you build the foundation — strength, nutrition habits, lean mass, lifestyle structure — that maintains your results when you do.

How We Work With You

An active partner in your GLP-1 plan.

Optimizing a GLP-1 isn't passive work. We recommend dose adjustments based on how you're actually responding — not on a generic titration calendar. We help you navigate manufacturer cost-savings programs to keep the medication affordable. And we teach you to be an informed advocate for your own care, with your existing physician or with ours.

If your current physician is your prescriber, we coordinate with them on the optimization layer. If you'd benefit from working with one of our collaborating physicians who can prescribe or adjust your prescription directly, that's a path we can open.

Every Piece Working Together

One plan. Four levers in sync.

GLP-1 optimization isn't a single service — it's how we coordinate everything else around the medication your physician has prescribed. Each lever connects to a broader part of how we work.

About our role

Solus Health does not manufacture, compound, or dispense Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, or any GLP-1 receptor agonist medication. Prescriptions are written by licensed physicians — either your existing healthcare provider or a collaborating physician we work with. Chris Froelich, PharmD, provides clinical input on dose strategy, side effect management, lab interpretation, and access programs; the physician makes prescribing decisions.
