Personalized Peptides

Peptides built for your body — not someone else's.

Every peptide plan at Solus Health is built from three inputs: your goals, your current conditions, and your commitment level. We don't sell protocols off a shelf. We design a plan for the body, life, and timeline in front of us — and we adjust it as you go.

The Solus Difference

A plan is not a protocol.

Most of what's marketed as "peptide therapy" is a protocol — a fixed recipe handed to every patient who walks through the door. Same compound, same dose, same duration, regardless of where the patient is starting from or what they're trying to achieve.

That's not how we work. A peptide plan at Solus Health is built around the same three pillars we use for every optimization decision: where you are, where you want to go, and what you're willing to put in to get there. Some plans are tightly focused on a single goal over a few months. Others are layered, sequenced, and run alongside hormone optimization or training programs for the long haul. The shape of the plan follows the patient — not the other way around.

1

Your Goals

Recovery from an injury. Body composition. Cognitive performance. Sleep architecture. Cellular resilience. The plan starts with what you're actually trying to change — and works backward from there.

2

Your Current Conditions

Existing diagnoses, current medications, baseline labs, hormone status, and what your body is already managing. The plan has to fit your physiology, not fight it.

3

Your Commitment Level

Daily subcutaneous injections vs. weekly cycles. Conservative dosing vs. more aggressive timelines. How actively you want to monitor and adjust. The plan matches the time and energy you can put in.

The Categories We Work Across

Four areas. Four different goals.

These are the broad categories we build plans within. Most patients have a primary focus, and many run plans across two or three areas in sequence. The specific compounds, doses, and timelines are decided one patient at a time during your consultation.

Goal 01

Recovery & Tissue Repair

Plans designed for soft tissue injuries, post-surgical healing, joint preservation, and the slow musculoskeletal grind of an active life. Built to accelerate the body's own repair pathways rather than mask the pain that signals them.

Common Targets
Soft tissue injury · tendinopathy · post-surgical rehab · cartilage & joint maintenance · skin and wound repair · chronic musculoskeletal pain
Goal 02

Body Composition & Metabolic Health

Plans that move the needle on visceral fat, lean muscle, insulin sensitivity, and the metabolic signaling that quietly drives long-term health. Often integrated with training and nutrition strategy — not used as a substitute for either.

Common Targets
Visceral fat reduction · lean mass preservation · insulin sensitivity · growth hormone axis support · sleep-mediated recovery · metabolic resilience
Goal 03

Cognitive Performance & Energy

Plans focused on mitochondrial function, neuro-protection, and the kind of sustained mental clarity that doesn't crash at 3 PM. Useful for high-output professionals, post-viral cognitive recovery, and the gradual cognitive aging that nobody else seems to be addressing.

Common Targets
Mental endurance · processing speed · mitochondrial efficiency · post-viral cognitive recovery · neuro-inflammatory load · cellular energy production
Goal 04

Longevity & Cellular Resilience

Plans aimed at the upstream biology — immune modulation, gut integrity, NAD repletion, and the cellular machinery that determines how well your body weathers the next two or three decades. Often run as quiet, long-arc background plans behind a more visible primary goal.

Common Targets
Immune balance · gut barrier integrity · cellular energy & NAD pathways · inflammation regulation · post-infection recovery · long-arc cellular health
How a Plan Gets Built

From intake to active management.

Personalized peptide plans aren't prescribed off a phone call. The process below is how every plan at Solus Health gets built — and how it adapts once it's running.

1

Intake

The new-patient intake form captures your goals, current conditions, medications, training and recovery patterns, sleep, and what you've already tried. About ten minutes, and it gives us most of what we need before our first conversation.

2

Bloodwork & Baseline

Targeted lab panels — hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, organ function — sized to your goals and history. This is the data we build the plan from and the baseline we'll be moving against six and twelve months later.

3

Plan Design

Chris (your clinical pharmacist) and the collaborating physician design the plan together — compounds, doses, sequencing, and the way it integrates with anything else you're already doing. You see the plan before anything is prescribed, and you understand what each piece is doing.

4

Sourcing & Compounding

Prescriptions are written by the collaborating physician and dispensed through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that we work with directly. You know where your compounds are coming from, who made them, and what's actually in the vial.

5

Active Monitoring & Adjustment

Scheduled check-ins, follow-up labs at meaningful intervals, and dose adjustments as your physiology and goals evolve. Plans are living documents — what worked at month three may not be the right plan at month nine, and that's by design.

A Note on Practice & Sourcing

All prescriptions at Solus Health are written by a licensed collaborating physician. Compounded peptide therapies are sourced exclusively from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. We do not sell, dispense, or recommend research-chemical or grey-market sources, and we do not work outside the standard physician-pharmacist-patient relationship. Personalized peptide plans are not substitutes for primary medical care and are appropriate for adults who are otherwise medically stable and engaged in their own health.
